The Culinaire® range of Island Buffets provides a practical and attractive solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve applications. The heated buffet uses the Culinaire® under bench Bain Marie with Gantry (Refer to CR.BMC.U.GSF for details).
The standard buffet unit has an internal framing that is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, to endure the day to day use in a busy environment. Buffet units can be customised to suit any application.
