The Orchestra 10 is a freestanding pasta making machine with a Ø 110 mm die and is suitable for small workshops and large restaurants or canteen. It has a self-supporting structure with 4 stainless steel wheels.
It is a high-performance machine with a powerful, air-cooled motor with oil bath gear box reducer. The forced air-cooling system ensures it is capable for heavy-duty use. Comes with IP67 controls and a large range of dies and extra accessories including the Raviomatic and an optional pasta cutting attachment also.
It is a heavy-duty unit designed for larger applications of pasta supply. The Orchestra 10 2V has a 3-phase supply inverter controlled motor allowing the machine to run off a convenient single phase 10 amp plug. It has a 21-litre hopper with 9.8kg batch capacity.
