You can choose the best cooking method for the best results thanks to a ventilated chamber with floors stacked in one or two static deck oven modules, for an excellent balance between quantity of production and quality of cooking.

You can choose between the different models to size the oven according to your production, optimizing the energy used. Each bakery combination allows the versatility of a full featured bakery combi oven along with the famous Teorema Polis pastry deck oven combined with optional leavening cells or stands and in built exhaust system.
